Here’s how it works
The basics
Flex your general knowledge skills by answering questions in teams of up to four.
The game starts at 7:30pm every Wednesday and is open to anyone.
Free to play
Want to play? Let your server know, and someone will come by to get you set up.
Format
The Quiz Master will read 60 general knowledge questions. Work with your team to write answers in your booklet.
The game is split into 3 rounds.
Each round is split into 4 categories.
Answers and scores given between rounds.
High score at the end of 3 rounds wins.
Teams
Teams can be up to 4 players.
If you came with a team, then you’re all set.
If you have more than 5 people, consider splitting into multiple teams.
Come up with a clever team name and write it on the cover of your booklet.
Most regular players form randomized teams at the start of the game. Anyone can join the randomized mix.
If you’d like to be added to a team, or have a random player added to your team, let the person who comes by to set you up know.
Other stuff
Don’t cheat.
Take notes on the lined scrap paper and keep track of the score on the scoresheet in your booklet.
The Quiz Master’s always right. If there’s ever a debate about a question, the Quiz Master’s decision is final.
The Quiz Master and questions are different every week. If this week’s questions weren’t for you, next week might be a better fit.
Questions can be on any topic. You can find past example games in the Game Archive.
